When a client approached Ross with a structurally failing porch that was past the point of repair, he were tasked with a clear mission: replicate the original aesthetic they loved, but rebuild it from the ground up using modern, high-performance standards. By managing every trade seamlessly—from excavation to final timber finishes—he delivered a durable, beautiful entryway for the homeowner.

Project Overview

The Goal: Demolish a failing, unsafe porch and rebuild a structurally sound replica while completely updating the damaged concrete driveway.

Our Role: Principal contractor handling full project management, groundworks, brickwork, roofing, paving, and bespoke joinery.

Demolition & Groundworks: Safely dismantled the original structure and excavated for a solid new foundation to permanently eliminate structural shifting.

Masonry & Glazing: Constructed new brickwork and integrated custom side windows that perfectly matched the original architectural aesthetic.

Roofing Installation: Built a completely new, fully weather-protected roof system to ensure long-term durability.

Driveway Renovation: Broke up and cleared away the old, cracked concrete driveway before installing a sleek, durable new block-paved driveway to elevate the property's kerb appeal.
