Sub Timber Floor Removal And Replacement

This floor was in a dangerous state. Ross removed all the old laminate flooring, floorboards, joists, and skirting they were all very damp. The air vent had been previously blocked off. An air brick or bricks are essential for a sub timber floor to breathe.
Having cleared all of the rotten, damp wood and popping on the dehumidifier, he then unblocked the air brick and re plastered where the skirting was.
Then he installed new joists, chipboard flooring and laminate. And will be returning to fit new skirting soon.
